7:30 AM – Hotel Pick-up

The tour operator will pick you up from your hotel in Muscat. Relax as you’re driven to the marina, typically Marina Bandar Al Rowdha or Al Mouj Marina, where the tour begins.

8:00 AM – Arrival at Marina and Check-in

Upon arrival, check in with the tour operator, and receive a quick briefing on the itinerary, safety procedures, and equipment for the tour.

8:15 AM – Departure from Marina

Board the boat and begin your journey out into the Gulf of Oman. Enjoy scenic views of Muscat’s coastline, including rocky cliffs, secluded coves, and turquoise waters.

8:30 AM – Dolphin Watching

The captain will guide the boat to dolphin hotspots. Oman’s waters are home to spinner, bottlenose, and common dolphins, which are often seen swimming alongside boats or putting on a display with leaps and spins. Spend some time watching these playful animals in their natural habitat.

9:15 AM – Snorkeling Spot

After dolphin watching, the boat will head to a prime snorkeling spot, typically in Bandar Khayran or one of the nearby sheltered bays known for their clear waters and abundant marine life.

9:30 AM – Snorkeling Experience

Dive into the crystal-clear waters for snorkeling. Discover Oman’s underwater world, with colorful coral reefs, schools of fish, and possibly sea turtles. Snorkeling equipment is provided, and guides are often available to assist beginners.

10:30 AM – Refreshments Onboard

After snorkeling, relax onboard and enjoy light refreshments usually including water, juice, and snacks.

10:45 AM – Scenic Coastal Cruise

As you head back to the marina, take in the beautiful coastal scenery of Muscat. This leisurely cruise allows you to enjoy the sea breeze and capture some final photos of the coastline.

11:00 AM – Return to Marina

Arrive back at the marina, where your driver will be waiting.

11:30 AM – Hotel Drop-off

You’ll be driven back to your hotel, marking the end of your dolphin and snorkeling adventure.
